Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Yeast Rolls
Yes, I took this picture with my cell phone! |
Ingredients:
1 Package 36 count Rhodes frozen Yeast rolls. Defrosted1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 cup Parmesan cheese. Shredded
Directions:
1. Let the frozen rolls defrost to the point where you can easily cut them.
2. Use a pair of sharp scissors...cleaned...to cut the rolls into thirds. (with a pair of CLEANED scissors. I buy a pair of scissors to use for just in the kitchen and I put them in the dishwasher to clean them after each use.)
3. Place all cut rolls in a large bowl and pour in the olive oil.. Then using use your hands, stir to coat all the rolls well.
4. Next, add all seasoning and cheese. Stir them again with your hands to distribute all the seasonings to coat all the pieces.
5. Place 3-4 pieces in a greased muffin cup and repeat for all 12 cups.
(I use non-stick butter flavored cooking spray)
6. Use 2 muffin pans or 4 round cake pans, or two casserole dishes. (I had a bunch leftover so I put them in a greased black skillet.)
7. Cover, place them in a non-drafty, warm location and let them rise to double in size.
8. Preheat oven 350°F.
9. Bake them until golden brown; about 15 minutes.
10. Remove the done rolls from the oven and immediately brush them with melted butter and serve with marinara sauce, buttermilk dressing or melted butter.
Store any leftover rolls in a sealed plastic bag for about a week.
Finished Rolls! Don't they look great?!
